How It All Began — Lasted — Continues

We Are
A small team of developers from Ukraine — friends, thinkers, doers. Since 2019, we’ve been building stuff that matters. It started with eco-projects. Then came GEOSTEJA, a blog, and a book — all about helping young people and changemakers see what’s really going on, and why it’s worth caring.
What We Do
We make useful things — apps, platforms, ideas — to help people act, not just scroll. To support those who want to notice, decide, and move. Our work isn’t for trends. It’s for those who are serious about making the world better, smarter, and more alive.
Where It’s Going
Right now, we’re working on CapHours — a smart, scalable platform designed to streamline, verify, and reward the process of completing and managing community service and practical hours. Whether you’re an individual looking to track your own progress or an organization managing hundreds of participants, CapHours offers an intuitive and secure solution that simplifies engagement across corporate, educational, governmental, religious, healthcare and volunteer environments. Governments. Students. Activists. Teachers. Artists. This is for people who care, who build, who mean it.
Why It Matters
We’ve stayed independent. We’ve been through hard times. But we didn’t stop — because what we’re building is needed:
- A tool that notices effort
- A space that supports real decisions
- A way to connect with others who care

CapHours is a solution that allows you to track hours and reporting them to the organization you are working for (corporations, schools, religious organizations, military/government institutions, courts, probation, prisons, hospitals).
You’re Part of This
If you’re someone who wants to do something real, to find others like you, to use your time for good — you’re who we made this for. Maybe we haven’t met yet, but we’ve been thinking of you from the start.
We’ve been standing between people and their readiness for too long. That wall’s about to fall — or we’ll break it ourselves.
CapHours is next.
Let’s go. Let’s build. Let’s be ready.
