PinHours Prototype: The Step Towards Innovation in Community Service Hours

We’re excited to share a major step forward: the prototype of PinHours — our app designed to help anyone looking for community service hours (CSH).
This is just the beginning of a journey we hope to take together with our supporters, mentors, potential partners, and future users.

Right now, as we prepare to meet with potential capital partners, we’re also opening the doors to everyone who might join us — as a backer, developer, tester, or simply as someone who believes in what we’re building.

1. The Current Milestone / Progress

We’ve been busy — learning how to present better in today’s fast-moving world of technology and AI, making presentational videos, and refining our message.

Today, we’re proud to share our first short pitch video of the prototype.
Very soon, one of our developers, Jarik, will meet with our first potential capital partner — a globally known figure recognized for his openness and positive impact. (We’ll reveal the name when it’s time!)

We’ve also launched our Instagram account: PinHours — and we warmly invite everyone to follow. Your support helps us become more visible online, connect with future users, developers, backers, and testers, and build a genuine community around the app.

All of this has been strengthened by guidance from mentors and by joining South Florida’s vibrant startup events — which helped us sharpen our concept and get ready to move forward.

While development continues, the prototype now gives us a real tool to present to stakeholders, early users, organizations, potential sponsors, and capital partners.

2. Extending Our Reach

To build awareness and ensure PinHours meets real needs, we’re also:

3. Why This Matters

The problem is real: finding, tracking, and getting approval for community service hours can be confusing, scattered, or slow.

PinHours is built to make the process simple — so volunteers, students, schools, and organizations can focus on real impact, not paperwork.

Sharing the prototype now matters because it:

  • Shows what we’ve built so far, making the idea tangible
  • Invites feedback, support, and partnership from everyone who cares about community service and believes technology can help

From day one, we’ve been working together so we can create an app that will help thousands — and eventually millions — of people track and grow their community impact.

Are you in for the journey from prototype to impact?

Releasing the prototype is our real step towards communities.
We’re building this app to serve a shared purpose: making it easier for anyone involved in community service hours to participate, track, and engage meaningfully.

With the prototype ready, the first pitch video almost live, and new partnerships on the horizon, PinHours is moving from idea to reality.

Whether you’re a volunteer, developer, mentor, potential investor, or someone who simply believes in making community service fairer and simpler — thank you for being here.

Stay tuned, stay connected, and let’s build something meaningful — together.
